FAQ

FAQ: We are often asked questions by our clients, here are the answers to some that come up quite frequently. If you have another question please feel free to contact us by any means mentioned on ‘our contact’ us page.

Do you offer a complete kitchen design service?

Yes. Initial designs are free of charge although they remain ours until works are actually commissioned.

Do you have a standard range?

Although you can see named kitchens on our website this is just for guidance, we don’t have a standard range. Everything we make is bespoke and designed around you.

What do your kitchens typically cost?

The price can vary, being bespoke they are very dependent on specification and size. You can expect to pay from around £20,000 upwards for a kitchen. If you have a fixed budget we can try to design something that would be within that scope.

How do you make your kitchens and furniture?

We always use high quality woods from sustainable sources. All our cabinets are made using traditional mortise & tenon joints this makes our cabinets very strong and long lasting. We also use dovetail joints when constructing our drawers, this is a very pleasing joint to the eye as well as being exceptionally strong.

Do you install your kitchens and furniture?

Yes, everything we make is installed by us.

Do you supply appliances?

Yes, we are able to supply and fit most makes and models of sinks and appliances. We are also happy to fit appliances that you have brought yourself.

Do you carry out any other works i.e. electrics, plumbing etc. with a new kitchen or bathroom?

Yes, this can be arranged and we would be pleased to quote for most works.

Do you have a showroom?

Not at the present time. However, we have plenty of local customers who are happy to show you their kitchen. You would also be welcome, by arrangement, to come and view your kitchen or furniture as it is being made.

How far will you travel?

We are happy to travel up to a range of 75 – 100 miles from Hilton.
